Reppy Community Guidelines
Effective date: May 12, 2026
Reppy exists so friends can challenge each other to keep moving. These guidelines describe what's allowed and what isn't. Breaking them can result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent loss of your account. We review reports within 24 hours.
What's allowed
- Workout photos and check-ins of you, your gear, your space, or your meal/recovery context.
- Honest captions, gentle trash talk, and friendly competition.
- Tagging your friends to challenge them — and responding to challenges with your own check-in.
- Posting weigh-ins and goals if you want; both are optional and your weigh-ins are private to you.
What's not allowed
We do not allow content or behavior that involves:
- Nudity or sexual content. No exposed genitals, buttocks, or female nipples. No sexually suggestive poses, captions, or implied sexual acts. Standard gym/workout attire is fine.
- Harassment or bullying. No targeted insults, slurs, doxxing, threats, or pile-ons. Don't tag people you don't actually know in challenges as a joke.
- Hate speech. No content that attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Violence or threats. No content depicting, glorifying, or threatening real-world violence against a person, a group, or yourself.
- Self-harm and eating disorders. No content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. Captions that frame extreme restriction, purging, or over-exercise as goals are not allowed. If you're struggling, please reach out to a crisis resource — in the US you can text or call 988.
- Spam, scams, or commercial promotion. No bulk-posting, repeated unwanted tagging, MLM pitches, supplement scams, fitness "guarantee" sales, or unsolicited DM-style content in captions.
- Illegal activity. No content depicting or encouraging illegal drug use, weapons, or other unlawful acts.
- Impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone you're not. Don't use someone else's photos as your avatar or posts.
- Minors under 13. Reppy is 13+. Don't create an account for someone younger.
- Stolen content. Don't post photos or videos you don't have permission to use.
How to report
- A post: tap the ⋯ in the top-right of the post detail → Report → pick a reason.
- A user: tap the ⋯ on their profile → Report → pick a reason.
- Anything else: email support@tangordigital.com.
You can also block any user from their profile. Blocking is mutual — neither of you will see the other's posts, and your friendship (if any) is removed.
What happens after a report
We review every report within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may:
- Leave the content up if it doesn't violate these guidelines.
- Remove the content and notify the poster.
- Issue a warning to the reported user.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently terminate the account for serious or repeated violations.
We don't share who reported whom. You'll see the action in your feed (the content disappearing) but you won't get a notification about each decision unless we contact you directly.
Appeals
If you think your content was removed in error, reply to the email we send you, or email support@tangordigital.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll re-review within 5 business days.
Updates
We may update these guidelines as the community grows. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision.
