Reppy Terms of Service

Effective date: May 12, 2026

Reppy is a social fitness app operated by Tangor Digital LLC ("Reppy", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reppy mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reppy. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use Reppy with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

By using Reppy you represent that:

  • You meet the age requirement above.
  • The information you provide is truthful and accurate.
  • You will not use Reppy on behalf of anyone else without their permission.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including content posted from it. Keep your email secure — Reppy signs you in with a one-time code sent to your inbox. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@tangordigital.com immediately.

You can sign out from Settings any time. You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. Account deletion is permanent.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, workout data, and other content you post to Reppy ("Your Content").

By posting Your Content, you grant Reppy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to compress photos), display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service — including showing it to the friends you've granted visibility, generating thumbnails, and syncing it to your other devices. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for backups retained for a short window under our Privacy Policy.

You're solely responsible for Your Content. Don't post anything that infringes on someone else's rights or violates our Community Guidelines.

4. Community Guidelines

Use of Reppy is subject to our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Reppy for any illegal purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate other users.
  • Post content that violates our Community Guidelines.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from Reppy.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where local law expressly permits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product.

6. Apple HealthKit

If you grant Reppy access to Apple Health, we read workout and body-mass data only to surface it within the app. We never write to your Health data, never sell Health-derived data, and never share it with third parties for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using Reppy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, if we're required to by law, or to protect the Service. We'll generally give you notice and a chance to appeal, except in serious cases (for example, threats of violence or content involving minors).

Upon termination, the licenses you granted Reppy end and we will delete Your Content within a reasonable period, subject to the backup retention in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Reppy is not a medical service. Workout data, body weight, calorie estimates, and recovery information shown in Reppy are for informational purposes and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise or diet program.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANGOR DIGITAL LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, the limits above apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tangor Digital LLC from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

If you obtained Reppy through the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Tangor Digital LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Reppy.
  • If Reppy fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation for Reppy.
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
