How do I delete my account?+
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and immediate — your profile, posts, photos, friendships, goals, weigh-ins, blocks, and reports are removed from our servers. Backups roll off within ~7 days.
How do I report a user or post?+
Tap the ⋯ menu on a post or profile, then choose Report and pick a reason. We review every report within 24 hours. You can also email support@tangordigital.com directly.
How do I unblock someone?+
Go to Settings → Privacy → Blocked accounts and tap Unblock. Note: blocking removes the friendship, so you’ll both need to re-add each other as friends after unblocking.
What's the 3-day challenge window?+
When you tag a friend on a post, they have 3 days (72 hours from your post time) to respond with their own Reppy. If they post in time, the challenge counts as closed and you both earn points. If they don’t, it expires quietly — no public shame, just a missed chance.
Why didn't my workout sync from Apple Health?+
Make sure Reppy has Apple Health read access: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Reppy. Enable Workouts, Body Mass, and any metrics you want pulled. We only read from Health — we never write to it.
Is there an Android version?+
Not yet. Reppy is iOS-only for V1. If Android matters to you, email us — we track demand.
How fast do you respond to support emails?+
We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Reports of abusive content are triaged first.
